Permasalahan Bayi Prematur Saat Di Ruang Perawatan NICU

Berbagai masalah pada prematuritas muncul sebagai akibat ketidakmatangan berabagai organ tubuh dan sistem tubuhb  Permasalahan bayi prematur ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh usia kehamilan, penyakit infeksi  ibu saat kehamilan (infeksi TORCH dll), gangguan saat kehamilan (hipertensi, diabetes)

• Asfiksia perinatal
• Masalah pada susunan saraf pusat
  Perdarahan periventrikuler – intraventrikuler (PPV – IV)
  Leukomalasia periventrikuler
• Masalah pada sistem pernafasan
  Sindroma gawat nafas karena penyakit membran hialin (PMH)
  Apne pada bayi prematur
  Sindrom kebocoran udara (air leak syndrome)
  Displasia bronkopulmoner
• Imaturitas regulasi cairan
• Hiperbilirubinemia
• Retinopati prematuritas (ROP)
• Ketahanan yang rendah terhadap infeksi
• Enterokolitis Nekrotikans (EKN)
• Komplikasi kardiovaskuler
  Duktus arteriosus persisten (DAP)
  Hipotensi sistemik
• Perdarahan
• Hipotemia
• Hipoglikemia
